Phone number- change the country to Nigeria and input your Nigeria Phone number. Make sure you use your real phone number and it does not matter if you have used it with PayPal before. Note- the number must be in this form +234 80376885xx. The first 0 in the 080 or 081 must be out.
Business address lines 1 and 2. You can use any address but make sure you save it somewhere. City or town- use anywhere you like in Nigeria. State – use any state in Nigeria. If you use Lagos the poster code is 100001. Choose US Dollar as your primary currency.
Accept and terms and conditions, then click agree and continue. Tell us about your business. Choose individual and choose categories and subcategories that are close to your business. Business URL is optional but you can put your business website if you have any
Choose Nigeria as your nationality and click one of the identity documents that you have. You can use one of the National ID cards, an International passport or Driver’s license. Put your real birth date and continue.
Make sure you put your real birth date so that you can remember in the future or you write it down somewhere. After this, you will be asked to confirm your PayPal with the email PayPal sent to your mailbox. You will receive 3 difference messages in your inbox

2. Submit additional information which you have
done with your ID card.
3. Set up your PayPal business account, also

The next thing is to add your bank account or your card. You can add debit or credit VISA OR MASTERCARD card from your card in Nigeria. Click on Summary then on transfer or withdraw funds under your 0.00 balance statement.
Then click on the link a card to your PayPal. You must have at least some money in your account equivalent to $2 for PayPal to confirm your card. Paypal will charge your card $1.95 and the money will be refunded after the confirmation period.
